Privacy Policy

Sky Techno ("we", "us", or "our") built Gravity Flip as a free-to-play mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our application on Android.

By downloading or playing Gravity Flip, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

We do not ask you to register or provide your name, email, or any personal details to play the game.

The following data may be collected automatically:

• Device information — device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (advertising ID / GAID)
• App usage data — levels played, completion status, stars earned, gameplay events (level start, level complete, level fail)
• Crash & diagnostic data — crash logs, error reports, app performance metrics
• Ad interaction data — ad impressions, clicks, and ad performance metrics collected by Google AdMob
• Approximate location — country-level location inferred from IP address for analytics and ad serving

We do not collect: precise GPS location, contact list, photos, microphone input, or any sensitive personal data.

The data we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To operate and improve the game — fixing bugs, balancing levels, and optimising performance
• To display advertisements through Google AdMob to keep the app free for all players
• To analyse gameplay patterns via Firebase Analytics so we can build better content
• To diagnose crashes and stability issues using Firebase Crashlytics
• To deliver app updates and feature flags via Firebase Remote Config
• To comply with legal obligations if required by applicable law

We do not use your data for profiling, selling to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to operating and improving the game.

Gravity Flip integrates the following third-party SDKs. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how they collect and process data. We encourage you to review them.

These third parties may independently collect device identifiers and usage data per their own policies. We do not control their data collection practices.

Gravity Flip uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Ads help us keep the game free for all players.

The following ad formats may be shown:

• Banner ads — persistent banner displayed at the bottom of the screen
• Interstitial ads — full-screen ads shown between level transitions
• Rewarded ads — optional ads you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit (e.g., continue after game over)
• Native ads — ads styled to fit naturally within the level selection screen
• App Open ads — shown when the app is launched or brought to the foreground

AdMob collects the advertising ID, IP address, and ad interaction data. For more details, see Google's AdMob data practices.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game. The data is aggregated and anonymized — it is not tied to your personal identity.

Events we track include:

• Screen views (e.g., Title Screen, Level Select, Game Screen)
• Level start, level complete, and level fail events
• Ad watched events (rewarded ad completions)
• Session duration and app open events

Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects crash reports when the app encounters an error. These reports include the device model, OS version, app version, and the stack trace of the crash. No personally identifiable information is included.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third parties.

Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• With our service providers — Google (Firebase, AdMob) as described in Section 4, solely to operate the app
• For legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the new entity under the same privacy commitments

Game progress data (level completion, stars) is stored locally on your device only using your device's local storage. This data is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Analytics and crash data collected by Firebase is retained according to Google's Firebase data retention policies — typically up to 14 months for analytics events.

Ad interaction data is retained by Google AdMob per their own retention schedules.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. The game does not include any features designed to collect data from minors, such as registration, chat, or user profiles.

Advertising shown in the app may be interest-based. Parents and guardians can use Android's parental controls and the "Ads Personalization" setting to restrict ad tracking for their child's device.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take prompt action to delete that information.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Deletion — request that we delete your data (note: most data is held by Google per Section 4)
• Opt-out of personalized ads — via Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads)
• Data portability — request your data in a machine-readable format where applicable
• Withdraw consent — uninstall the app at any time; locally stored data is removed upon uninstallation

Since we do not collect personal accounts or registration data, most data deletion requests should be directed to Google's data management tools: myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

EU/EEA residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing of your personal data. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.

We take reasonable precautions to protect the integrity of our systems. Data transmitted to Firebase and Google AdMob is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the app, or applicable law. When we update it, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Significant changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or Play Store update notes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of Gravity Flip after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
